Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is our simplified return policy.
1 Return Period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all its original tags and in its packaging.
Returned items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:
- No stains (deodorant, makeup, self-tanner, etc.)
- No abnormal odors (perfume, body odor, smoke, etc.)
- No human or animal hair
- No snags or pilling
- Items must not be missing any components (e.g., bra pads, drawstrings, buttons)
- Items with excessive wrinkling may be refused
3 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie products are not eligible for returns. Bikinis are returnable only if the hygienic liner is still intact.
Gift cards and sale items are also considered final sale.
4 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your package, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5 How to Initiate a Return
To get started, please send us an email to info@niviski.com with your order number and the list of items you wish to return. Our team will then provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
6 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or refused. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
