Shipping from Warehouse – Important Information

Processing time for these items can range from 1 to 7 business days before shipment.
If the product page indicates that the item is shipped from our warehouse, please note that it may be dispatched from different warehouse around the world depending on availability.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your order.

Niviski Shipping Policy

Here are the details regarding the processing and shipping of your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 13:00 (Stockholm time) are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 13:00 (Stockholm time) are shipped on the next business day.

2. Carriers and Tracking

For shipments withinSweden, we use PostNord.

For shipments to Canada, we use Canada Post.

Every shipment includes a tracking number and insurance. A tracking email will be sent to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

3. International Orders

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
  • Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

4. Package Protection (Lost or Stolen)

We offer optional package protection for lost, stolen, or damaged packages (replacement or store credit only).

If protection was purchased:
  • Once a claim is submitted, we wait 10 days after the last tracking update to process it. Carriers may sometimes mark a package as delivered before its actual arrival.
  • This protection does not cover packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
If protection was not purchased:
  • The carrier's claim procedure will be followed. This can take 1to 2 weeks and may require additional documentation from you.
  • If evidence (GPS or photos) shows that the package was delivered to the correct address, no replacement or credit will be issued.

5. Incorrect Address and Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.

If the address was correct and the package is still returned, we will cover the reshipping fees.

We will contact you as soon as the package is back at our warehouse to arrange a new shipment.
